Eligibility for Returns

Physical products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return or refund request.
Digital products, including downloadable guides, planners, and journals, are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items and services are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, unless they are defective or not as described. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered and accessed.
Personalized or customized products that have been specifically created or modified according to your specifications. These items are made to order and cannot be resold.
Services that have already been rendered or partially completed. If you have received consultation services or other professional services, these cannot be returned once provided.
Gift cards or promotional codes, which are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product or request a refund, please follow these steps:

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or version, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.
For exchanges, you will need to return the original item following the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Products

For defective or damaged products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the defective or damaged item to help us process your claim more efficiently.

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or a digital product has been delivered, cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process outlined in this policy.

International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside Denmark, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and shipping times. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
Restocking Fees
In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees for returns. However, if an item is returned in a condition that is not resalable due to damage, missing parts, or excessive use, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund to cover the cost of refurbishing or disposing of the item.
Any restocking fees will be communicated to you before we process your refund, and you will have the option to have the item returned to you instead of accepting the reduced refund.
